He is survived by: his wife Dorothy D. Harris (Miller); his children, Jeanette Quessenberry of Sykesville, MD, Sarah Inscoe of Greeneville, TN, Willliam Carl Harris of Knoxville, MD, Jay Harris of Keyser, WV and Cynthia Reed of Ijamsville, MD; and his sister Lenna Rae Harris of Nazareth, PA. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
