With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda Susan Carr (Keyser, West Virginia), born in New Creek, West Virginia, who passed away on September 28, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cecil and Anna Catherine Dawson (Wertman); her husband Richard J. Carr; her brother William Hugh "Bill" Dawson (Delores); and her granddaughter Laura Lynn Litten.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam S. Umstot (Kenny) of New Creek, Brenda C. Morriss (Raymond) of Cumberland, MD, Sharon L. Engle (Fred) of New Creek and Barb J. Litten (Dan) of Fort Ashby, WV; her grandchildren, Cooper Cole Engle and Anna Catherine Engle; her sisters-in-law, Frances Carr of Keyser, WV, Carol Sue Carr of Petersburg, WV and Glenna Faye Walters of Martinsburg, WV.; her nephew Billy Dawson; her niece Robin Noland; and also, Linda Roleff of New Creek and Linda Pezzanite of North Carolina.
Due to the current health concerns, face masks are required and guests are asked to please observe all social distancing guidelines.
