She was predeceased by: her parents, Garrett Tabor and Sylvia Tabor (Wills); her husband James Vaughn; her sister Rosemary; and her niece Becky Cowley Plantz.
She is survived by: her grandson Jacob; her friends, June Virts, Alan and Barbara Whetzel; her children, Jane Brock, Melinda Hale (John), Pam Acord, Debbie Miller and Tim Vaughn (Nancy); her grandchildren, Cindy Propst (Paul), Kim Lyle, Jason Hale (Julie Westfall), Justin Hale (Ryan Molloy), Josh Acord (Tiffany) and Matthew Miller; her siblings, Garry Tabor (Bonnie), Ann Daniel, Phyllis Bawgus (Carl) and Sue Cowley (Richard); her great grandchildren, Samantha Hendershot, Stephanie Burton, Kevin Brock, Hunter Maul, Morgan Cole, Isabella Miller and Jacob Scott Hale; and her great great grandchildren, Lillian Hendershot, Gus Hendershot, Tyler Burton, Aidan Reynolds, Hank Reynolds, Jensen Brock, Jessa Cole and Marilynn Cole. She is also survived by her family and friends.
