She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Howard and Vera Irene Bill (Michael); her siblings, Glendora Elizabeth Barr, Clifton H. Bill and Harry B. Ervin; her niece Linda Bill; and her nephew Charles Edward Barr.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Iva Jean Ervin of Virginia Beach, VA; her cousin Myrtle Michael; her nieces and nephews, Glenda Zais (Danny) of New Creek, WV, Patty Bauer (Johnny) of Keyser, Kathy Meek of Keyser, Robert Barr (Ellen) of Savannah, GA, Clifton Bill (Karen) of Hurricane, WV, Debbie Heare (Don) of Fort Ashby, WV and Donna Rowley of Virginia Beach, VA; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica Weasenforth, Deanna Waites, Elizabeth Blake, Crysti Hemerick, Lori Ann Russell, Robin Hackshaw, Erin Todd, Melanie Hedrick, Stephanie Perkins, Sara Rowley, Kirsten Adams, Allison Rowley, Billy Meek, Adam Meek, Bobby Barr, Stephen Bill and Timothy Bill; her close friends, Joe, Barbara Shank, Delores Urice, Geneva Myers, Betty Sherman, Jane Queen, Ruby Litten and Virginia Shank; and also Michelle Shay. She is also survived by 34 great-grandnieces and nephews.
For those unable to attend, the funeral service will be streamed live on the Smith Funeral Homes Facebook page beginning at 6:00 p. m. Those attending are reminded that face masks as well as the observance of all social distancing guidelines are required in compliance with health department mandates.
