She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell J. Hoffman and Loretta Hoffman (Bucklew); her former husband James Roland Moomau; her son James Roland Moomau, Jr.; her sons-in-law, Steve Jones and Glenn Arbaugh; and her siblings, Russell, Raymond, Harry, Robert Hoffman, Anna Sharpless and Clara Coleman.

She is survived by: her husband Raymond H. Riggleman; her daughters, Cheryl L. Jones of Bridgewater, VA, Carol G. Arbaugh of Purgitsville, WV and Candice E. Riggleman (Robert) of Keyser; her stepchildren, Kenneth Umstot (Pam) of New Creek, WV, Harold "Butch" Riggleman (Dixie) of Burlington, WV, Mary Ann Tekieli of Carolina, WV and Larry Riggleman (Judy) of Fountain, WV; and her sister Neva Lymburner of Kettering, OH. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
