He is survived by: his mother Connie Paugh; his brother Michael Paugh of Elk Garden, WV.; his children, Dakota Paugh and Kaytie Basinger of Keyser, WV; and his girlfriend Melinda Basinger of Keyser, WV. He is also survived by four nieces.
