She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl William and Helen Louise Knotts (Cline); and her grandson Nolan Michael Duckworth. She is survived by: her husband Larry R. Duckworth; her children, Shea Bonarigo (Britt), Brian Duckworth (Abigail) and Michael Earl Duckworth (Kylie); and her grandchildren, Maddix R. Duckworth, Ava Rose Duckworth, Hadley Anne Duckworth and Gabriela Bonarigo.

Memorial donations may be made in honor of Terry A. Duckworth to the Mineral County Humane Society, c/o Joy Fertig, 831 Cut Off Road, Keyser, WV 26726.
