He is survived by: his children, Kevin Holderby (Missy), Erik Holderby, Aaron Holderby (Heather) and Leah Suazo; his siblings, Wilber Holderby, Jack Holderby, Barbara Shreve and Patricia Shaffer; and his grandchildren, Ryleigh, Shane, Chase, Avanna, Mylah, Everleigh, Elijah, Avery, Madalyn and Cade. He is also survived by his two great grandchildren.
