She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd C. "Biscuit" Parrill and Virginia Dare "Ginny" Parrill (Boyce); her husband Henry Lee Staggs; her granddaughter Lola Grace Blackburn; and her siblings, Mary Inskeep, Jackie Lee Parrill and Charles Floyd "Butch" Parill (Mary Ann).
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen L. Haggerty of Burlington and Mandy L. Blackburn (Jeff) of Burlington; her grandchildren, Peyton, Lillee, Ryder Blackburn and Paislee Haggerty; and her sisters, Sinda L. Nesselrodt (John) of Burlington and Teresa G. "Tweet" Clayton (Steve) of Burlington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
