It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Jean Rannells of Keyser, West Virginia, born in Berryville, Virginia, who passed away on June 24, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Wines of Washington and Pearl Thomas Wines (Wines); her husband Kenneth W. Rannells; and her daughter Mary Ann Turner. She is survived by: her children, Donna Lynn White of Oldtown, MD, Barbara Jean Paugh of Piedmont, WV, Tammy Renee Wines of Charles Town, WV, Obie Leon Wines of Charles Town and Richard Lyn Glassford of Buckhannon, WV. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
