With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Scott Lee Ozmar of Keyser, West Virginia, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 5, 2021 at the age of 40. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Mickey Ray Ozmar; his grandparents, Arthur Smith, Sr., Frances Smith, Oscar and Nettie Ozmar; and his uncles, Arthur Smith, Jr., Larry Smith and Bobby Smith.
He is survived by: his mother Juanita Elaine Ozmar (Smith) of Keyser; and his aunts and uncles, Sue Davis of Keyser, Theresa Smith of Keyser, Rev. Michael Smith of Baltimore, Charles Smith of Baltimore, Marty Smith of Baltimore and Victor Smith of Baltimore.
