She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Sylvester Cleaver and Ella Cleora Cleaver (Tribbett); and her husband John Pannier. She is survived by: her daughters, Sara Irene Foard (George) of Keyser and Teresa Padralski (Kevin) of Greenwood, DE; her grandsons, John Foard and Christopher Padralski; and her siblings, Jim Cleaver of Newark, DE, Ken Cleaver of Smyrna, DE, Irene Johnson of Smyrna and Moya Cleaver of Frederick, CO..
