He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorsie J. Fisher, Sr. and Jessie E. Fisher (Sliger); his former wife Carolyn C. Fisher (Shears); his children, Carol Lynn Fisher and Samuel Edward Fisher; his stepson Joseph Worley; and his siblings, Nancy Fisher, Randy, Neil and Larry A. Fisher, Sr..

He is survived by: his fiancée Becky Hickey; his daughter Tammy Fisher; his grandson Michael Fisher; and his siblings, Dorsie J. Fisher, Jr. (Linda) of Markleysburg, PA, Andrew J. Fisher (Trudy) of Markleysburg, PA, Tony Fisher (Michelle) of Farmington, PA, Margaret Rishel (Gary) of Markleysburg, Debbie Paul of Markleysburg, Sherry Fisher of Markleysburg, Nora McKeel (Joe) of Markleysburg and Luella Hager of Markleysburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
