It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Francis Allen (Keyser, West Virginia), who passed away on December 20, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Samuel "Bud" and Leavada Allen (Ferrebee); and his brother James Camden Allen. He is survived by: his siblings, Rev. Paul Allen (Judy) of Keyser and Judy Parker (James) of Luke, MD; his nephew Jonathan Allen; his niece Tammy; his close friends, Patsy Starkey and Freda; and also, Aaron Allen and Ellen.
