Ronald Issac Twyman Obituary
Ronald Isaac Twyman, 62, of Virginia Street, Keyser, W.Va., died Thursday, December 5, 1991, at Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser.
Born on July 3, 1929, in Piedmont, W.Va., he was a son of the late Douglas I. Twyman and Sarah Jane (Allen) Twyman. In addition to his parents he also was preceded in death by one son, Ronald A. Twyman; one brothers, John Twyman, and one sister, Catherine Davis.
Mr. Twyman was employed by Westvaco Corporation in the loading department. An Army veteran, he was a member of Local 676, UPIU; Washington-Smith Post 152, American Legion, Keyser; and Aubrey-Stewart Post 5957, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Piedmont.
Surviving are his wife of 32 years, Wanda L. V. (Redman) Twyman; three daughters, Rhonda D. Twyman, Llwendolyn R. Twyman and Sheila A. Twyman, all of Keyser; two step-daughters, Barbara Washington and Gwendolyn Redman, both of Keyser; seven grandchildren, Robert "Tony" Washington, LaToya Redman, Shawna Redman, Brea Washington, Tameka Redman, Cory Washington and Tyiesha Twyman; his step-mother, Ida Twyman, of Piedmont; two brothers, Edward Twyman and Steven Twyman, both of Piedmont; three sisters, Lily McCray, Theresa Johnson and Annie Twyman, all of Piedmont, and one step-sister, Amanda Barnett, of Houston, Texas.
Friends will be received at the Fredlock Funeral Home, Piedmont, Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. in Trinity United Methodist Church, Piedmont, by the Rev. Lester Clifford and the Rev. Meredith Ball.
Interment will be in Thorn Rose Cemetery, Keyser.
Military honors will be accorded there by members of Washington-Smith and Aubrey-Stewart posts.
