He is survived by: his wife Janette L. Smith (Robison); his children, Brenda Byard (Wayde), Darcy Conner (John), Devin Smith (Shannon), Valerie Starcher (Stephen) and Jeffrey Smith (Amy); his siblings, Robert Smith of Mission and Caroline Tettenburn of Keyser; and his grandchildren, Brittany, Kelsey, Connor, Lydia, Frank, Ian, Don, Izzy, Wesley, Reed and Jacob.
