He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Roland and Ruth Garnett Moomau (Estep); and his wife Josephine Victoria Moomau (Shears). He is survived by: his sister Pat of Montana; his daughters, Patsy Tichinel (Bobby) of Westernport, Connie Finch of Horseheads, NY, Amy Cannon (Rob Cook) of Keyser and Marci Largent (Hunter) of Mount Storm, WV; and his siblings, Charles "Butch" Moomau (Evelyn) of Westernport and Debbie Whisner (Ed) of Augusta, WV. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
