He is survived by: his pets, CoCo and Pebbles; his wife Jean Rhodes (Summers); his children, Lynn Nelson (Jim) of Keyser, Debbie Honts (Don) of Keyser, Robert Scott Rhodes of Keyser, David Rhodes (Coley) of Burlington, WV and Missy McGoye (Jamie) of Keyser; and his siblings, Harold Rhodes of Sierra Vista, AZ, Brian Rhodes of Newark, OH and Linda George of Keyser.
