Rinard (Shoemaker); his son Robert Lee Rinard, Jr. (Diane) of Florida; his stepchildren, Mark Kesner (Samantha) of Keyser, Jennifer "Becky" Bailey of Keyser, Nichoel Portillo of Keyser and Candace Robinette (Charles) of Keyser; his grandchildren, Logan Rinard, Ann Marie Rinard, Lauren Rinard and Robert Lee Rinard, III; his stepgrandchildren, Michael, Kaleigh Casines, Seth, Annie, Eli Kesner, Tiffany Powell, Jordan Bailey, Garrett Crites, Sadie, Miley Portillo, Alexis Barrick and Madeline Kesner; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Hollister, Hayden Perkins, Zurianna Penn, Aiden Pinares and Hailei Durst; his half-sister Rhonda Rinard of Piedmont, WV; and his stepsisters, Cheryl Braithwaite (Gerald) of Keyser and Brenda Rayner (William) of Keyser.
