He is survived by: his wife Kelly Denise Hollingsworth (Rohrbaugh); his son Jacob Seth Hollingsworth; his sisters, Kimberly W. Hollingsworth (Mike Saville) of Keyser and Tami J. Shepherd (Craig) of Dayton, Ohio; his uncles, Donald K. Hollingsworth (Felicia), Walter William Hollingsworth (Jeanette) and Lester Hollingsworth (Rita); his niece Katelyn Jo Hollingsworth; his father-in-law David Rohrbaugh (Lois); and his siblings-in-law, Beth Kesecker, Mitzi McGreevy (Terry), Kenneth Rohrbaugh (Donna) and Jim Kesecker. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins.
