Spencer (Winters); his children, Corimae Elizabeth Spencer (Marc Coleman, II) of Keyser, Robert Lee Spencer of Keyser and Ryan Allen Spencer of Keyser; his grandchildren, Serenity Nicole Coleman of Marc Coleman, III, Domenik Allen Coleman and Joshua David Coleman; his siblings, Roger Spencer of Capon Bridge, WV, Charles N. "Buddy" Spencer, Jr. of Breezewood, PA, Cheryl Johnson of Keyser, Jean Marszalek (Mike) of Baltimore and Lynn Hentschel (John) of Baltimore; and his brother-in-law Bob Stanley of Keyser.
