He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Neva Ann Evans Markle (Bowman) of Keyser and Junior Robert Evans; his stepfather Lloyd Markle; his children, Richard Lee Evans, Jr. and Terri Marie Evans; his siblings, James Evans and June Ann Lloyd; his wife Susan Kesner Evans (Judy); his children, Michael Evans (Mindy) of Maysville and Melissa Amtower (Jamie) of Antioch, WVV; his stepchildren, Rhonda O'Haver (James) of New Creek, WV, Ronald Kesner, Jr. (Shayann) of Keyser and Bambi Klitz (Richard) of Killeen, Texas; his brother Robert Evans of Keyser; and his close friends, Dwayne Hines of Dorcas, WV and Michelle Heavener of Moorefield, WV.. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, 13 step grandchildren and six step great-grandchildren.
