He is survived by: his wife Regina Marie Rinker Taylor; his children, Reva Taylor Hartsock (Ed) of Sterling, VA, Chuck Taylor of Keyser, Harry Taylor (Rick Taylor) of Morgantown, WV and His; his grandchildren, Taylor Hartsock, Garrett Hartsock, Davis Hartsock, Zachary Taylor, Benjamin Taylor, Cody Lough, Chad Taylor, Drew Taylor, Jordan Taylor, Brittany Heavener, Craig Heavener, Jr., Scott White and Ali White; his brother David H. Taylor (Barbara) of Morgantown, WV; and also, Craig Heavener (Kirstie) and Clinton Heavener (Mary). He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
