He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Blaine Newton and Elizabeth Catherine Summers (Utta); his wife Flora Mae Summers (Hott); his foster son Patrick Hott; and his siblings, Frederick, Harry Summers, Edna Fraley, Lucy Saville and Hazel Borror.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, face masks and the observance of all social distancing guidelines are required.
