She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl O. Smith and Arzella E. Smith (Bishop). She is survived by: her husband Randolph "Randy" A. Hartman; her daughter Shawn Yvette Smarik; her granddaughter Joelle Paige Miller; and her sisters, Nelda F. Ellifritz (Baxter) of Keyser and Carla Nita Northcraft (late Sandor) of Cresaptown, MD.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
