She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Stark and Ellen Stark (Mazzei). She is survived by: her children, Craig Radcliffe (Linda), Mark Radcliffe (Susie), David M. Radcliffe (Kathy), Michele Radcliffe of Keyser, WV and Sheila Radcliffe (Randy Nelson). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
