It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip C. Spriggs (Keyser, West Virginia), born in Westernport, Maryland, who passed away on November 30, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Spriggs and Virgil Spriggs (Zais); and his brother William Spriggs. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Anne Spriggs (Nofsinger); his sons, Robert P. Spriggs (Nancy) and Craig L. Spriggs; his brother Richard Spriggs; his nephews, Steven and David; his grandson Carlton Spriggs; his great grandchildren, Caiden, Lyncoln, Preston, Savannah, Natalie, Brandon and Jenna; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Jo Torbet, Jean, Harry Burton, Sue, Glenn Smith, Harold Dean Nofsinger, Hazel Lee Spriggs and Midge Nofsinger. He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
