He is survived by: his parent Lucy Kinder (Williams); his wife Marjorie C. Kinder (Cooke); his children, Paul J. Kinder, Jr. (Diana) of Fairmont, WV and Paula Jane Emery (Rodney) of Martinsburg, WV; and his grandchildren, Nathan Emery (Chelsea), Lucas Kinder, Isaac Kinder and Makaila Emery.
