It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul B. Winkler (Keyser, West Virginia), who passed away on July 23, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Winkler and Betty Winkler; and his spouse E'de "Doey" (Smith). He is survived by: his children, Jon (Amanda) and Liz (Tom). He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
