She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest L. Blackburn and Elsie M. Blackburn (Coffman); her siblings, Ernest M. "Sonny" Blackburn, Dorothy Shaw and Mary Margaret (Infant); and her brother-in-law Wayne Shaw.
She is survived by: her husband James A. Swick; her sons, Brian S. Swick and Ronald A. Swick; her sister Janet Williams (Ray) of Arthurdale, WV; her sister-in-law Dorothy J. "Dottie" Blackburn; her niece Bonnie Dixon; and her nephew Gary Shaw (Mary Jane).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in honor of Nancy M. Swick to the Mineral County Humane Society, c/o Joy Fertig, 831 Cut Off Road, Keyser, WV 26726 A private family service and interment will be held in Potomac Memorial Gardens at the convenience of the family.
