He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Noechel Sr. and Bernetta Noechel Martin (Snyder); and his stepfather Lionel Martin. He is survived by: his wife Linda Noechel (Wiley); his daughter Autumn Perry (Daunte) of Kearneysville, WV; his siblings, Cynthia Wilson (Michael) of Keyser, Rebecca Sue Healy (Gary) of Warrenton, VA, Patricia Barbarito (John) of Burlington, WV and Robert Noechel Jr. (Cheryl) of Cresaptown, MD; his grandchildren, Kamryn Perry and Kieran Perry; and his close friends, Lonnie Carr and Ed Aikman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
