Caldwell of Keyser, West Virginia, born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on November 29, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude E. Mellon and Grace Elizabeth Mellon (Thomas); her husband James A. Caldwell; her sons-in-law, Terry Kessel and David Sowers, Sr.; and her siblings, Janice Sawyers (Mellon), Ricardo "Rick" Mellon, Ernesto "Ernie" Mellon and James Mellon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Jean Kessel of Romney, WV and Kristi Ann Cleveland (Michael) of Keyser; and her brother Roger Mellon (Kathy).
