She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Jane (Calhoun) and William W. Thomas; her husband Reginald Wallace "Rex" Mathena; and her siblings, E. Wade Thomas (Mae), Albert W. Thomas, Harry K. Thomas (Ora), H. Donald Thomas (Laura), Julia E. Oates (Lester), Roberta E. Johnson (Roy) and Erma Lee Snyder (Delbert).
She is survived by: her daughter Susan C. "Sue" Armstrong (William "Biff") of Kingwood, WV; and her sister-in-law Frances Thomas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the current health concerns, all guests are required to wear face masks and exercise social distancing at all time.
