She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Westfall and Ruth Westfall (Brown); her daughter Carolyn Heavener; and her siblings, Pete, Kenneth, Alvin Westfall, Dot Sharon, Mildred Raines, Josephine Deshong, Esther Raines and Maxine V. Imperio.
She is survived by: her husband Reginald M. "Reggie" Heavener, Sr.; her children, Reggie Heavener, Jr. (Monika), Rob Heavener (Carrie), Ron Heavener (Freda), Jennifer Heavener (Bob), Chris Heavener (Tricia), Amy Lewis (John) and Daniel Heavener (Carrie); her siblings, Paul Westfall, Evelyn Shingler, Vic Westfall, Wanda, Becky Harris and Alfred; and her grandchildren, Vanessa Heavener, Mike Heavener, Amanda, Dan Wilson, Laura, Tyler Heavener, Kiersten, Brian Heavener, Destiny, Nathan Heavener, Ann Marie Heavener, Dawn Beckman, Willie Harvey, Kelly, Alyssa Conner, Shyloe Marker, Dylan, Cheyenne Ganoe, John, Samantha Maxwell, Cody, Aaron Rich, Jacob Creasey, Ryan Heavener, Tristan Heavener, Hunter Lewis, Emily Lewis, Carissa Heavener, Danae Heavener and Braxton Heavener. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
