She is survived by: her father Douglas Lynn Caldwell; her aunt JoAnn; her uncle Curtis Miller; her cousin Marcia Bise (Leonard); her close friend Brad Crites; and also, Terri Taylor and Tammy Crites. She is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
