She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Coulter. She is survived by: her parent Lucy Coulter (Cook); her children, Tracey Rohrbaugh (Jack) of Martinsburg, WV, Lee Dent and Melissa Kitzmiller of Green Spring, WV; and her sisters, Barbara Bechtold of Chuluota, FL and Patsy Noland.
