We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2021, at the age of 80, Lelia Mae Arnold of Keyser, West Virginia, born in Mount Jackson, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Jacob and Dena Louella Foster (Riggleman); her husband Franklin Delano Arnold; and her siblings, Martha Parsons, George and James "Buckshot" Foster.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah; and her siblings, Jacob "Jake" Foster of Burlington, Douglas Foster of Keyser, Bertha Foote of Keyser, Mary Sue Arnold of McCoole, MD and Charlotte Gardner of Keyser. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial contributions be directed to one of Lelia's favorite charities.
