She is survived by: her parent Rhoda Kenealy (Chaney); her son James R. Welton, Jr.; her wife Helen of Martinsburg; her daughter Linda Dayton; and her sisters-in-law, Janice Pepersack of Severna and Patsy Kenealy of Westernport, MD.
