He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Fazzalore, Sr. and Kay Frances Fazzalore (Bill); and his brothers, Dominic and John Fazzalore. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia L. "Cindy" Fazzalore (Miller); his daughters, Mandy Robinson (Daniel), Marla Slaubaugh (Shawn) and Misty Guthrie (Chad); his grandchildren, Dylan Slaubaugh (Megan), Brooke Slaubaugh, Ian, Ryan, Elijah and Isabella Robinson; his mother-in-law Ruth Miller of Keyser; and his siblings, Roberta Cooper of Burlington, WV, Robert Fazzalore (Margie) of Keyser, Beth Taylor of Piedmont, WV, Dee Litten (Lonnie) of Keyser, Andy Fazzalore of Keyser, Cindy Litten (Dale) of Montana and Philomena Johns (Mike) of Morgantown, WV.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and his "furry" grand kids.
Due to the current health concerns, face masks are required, as well as the observance of all social distancing guidelines.
