Harr (Keyser, West Virginia), born in Central City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David E. Harr, Sr. and A. Helen Harr (Sivits); his brother Paul Harr; and his niece Ashley Garlitz (Harr). He is survived by: his wife Eugenia "Jeannie" Neal Harr (Stewart); his siblings, David E. Harr, Jr. (Connie) and Jane Kelley (Paul) of Keyser; and his nephews, Joel Harr (Karen) of Colorado Springs, CO and John Kelley (Dreama) of Petersburg, WV..
