She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Delores Urice of Keyser and Kenneth "Sonny" Urice; her former husband William "Bill" Faulk; her sons, William "Billy" Faulk (Sherry) and Colby Jason Faulk (Deneice Crites); her grandsons, Hayden and Noah Faulk; her siblings, Kenny Urice (Betty) and Robin Lyons (Kenny); her nephews, Logan, Luke Urice and Bruce Lyons of Virginia; her niece Kylie Duckworth of Keyser; and her friend Jane Pennington (Bob). She was also cherished by numerous friends, cousins and great nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial contributions be directed to the Calvary United Methodist Church, 233 S. Mineral Street Keyser, WV 26726 or to Shriner's Hospitals for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Drive Tampa, FL 33607.
