With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth F. Haines of Keyser, West Virginia, who passed away on January 22, 2021 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kenneth F. Haines to pay them a last tribute.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Franklin Dowden and Virgie Haines (Whitacre).
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, visitation and graveside services at the Fort Ashby Cemetery will be private for Professor Haines' close friends and family.
