He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Francis, Sr. of Maine and Sadie Alice (Diehl) of Maine; his brother David T. "Terry" of Maine; and his sister-in-law Louise of Maine. He is survived by: his wife Wilma L. "Wink" (Palmer) of Maine; his children, Tina L. Blank (Rodney) of Rawlings, MD, Tracy D. Whiteman (Barry) of Rawlings and David K. of Charlottesville, VA; his brothers, Charles F. "Fritz" (Pat) of Charleston, WV and Michael C. (Rose Ann) of Keyser; and his sister-in-law Joyce of Fort Ashby, WV. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, face masks and the observance of all social distancing guidelines are required.
