She is survived by: her mother Ruth Sue Blizzard (Via) of Keyser; her daughter Teresa Blizzard (Aden Lehman) of Westernport, MD; and her sisters, Christine Hitchins of Cresaptown, MD, Nancy Shockley of Keyser and Phyllis McCarty of Keyser.
