She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Staggs and Norma Jean Staggs (Kiddy); her husband Herbert H. Flanagan; her children, Randy Staggs (Tina) of Frostburg, MD and Candy Staggs (Brian Trexler) of Rawlings; her grandchildren, Devon, Bryan Staggs, Emma and Donnie Trexler; and her siblings, Robert Staggs (Kathy) of Greencastle, PA and Sandra Muller of Manchester, MD..
