She was predeceased by: her parent Sampson J. Sions. She is survived by: her parent Alice I. Dean; her daughters, Girl Scout Troop, Soccer, Band and Basketball; her husband Charles H. Worley, II (Chuck); and her children, Carmen L. Reda and Grand.
