He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl "Beanie" and Mildred "Tootie" Harr (Munsie); and his sister Krista L. Turbin. He is survived by: his wife Naomi Harr (Lambert); his son Nathan Harr (Alicia) of New Creek; his grandson Hunter Harr; his sister April Blandin (Jonathan) of Franklin, TN; his siblings-in-law, Randy Turbin of Keyser, Rosalind Chesire (Tom) of Westernport, MD and Dick Merson of Moorefield, WV; his nieces, Jennifer Hamilton, Coby Turbin and Olivia Blandin; his nephew Aaron Blandin; and his great-niece Tori Page Hastings.
