She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman K. Haywood and Hattie Marie Haywood (Grove); her husband John Elmer Propst; her daughter Marie Spurling; and her sisters, Barbara Haywood, Norma Shoemaker and Victoria Marie Haywood.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Propst of Elk Garden, WV, Elmer of Keyser, Keith Propst of Keyser, Mary Ann Cryer of Clermont, FL, Rebecca Propst of Keyser and Margaret Bean (David) of Cross, WV.; her sister Mindy Ray (Gary) of Keyser; her grandchildren, Alysa Metcalf of Keyser, Brian Propst (Janet) of Port Charlotte, FL, Andrew Propst of Keyser, Ashley Ward (Sam) of Inwood, WV, Tabitha Bailey (Justin) of Mount Storm, WV, Brittany Bean of Keyser and David Michael Bean of Cross, WV; and her son-in-law David Spurling of McCoole, MD.. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home ~ Keyser Chapel (85 S Main St, Keyser, WV 26726). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
