He was predeceased by: his parents, George Philip and Lula Simpson (Simpson) of Virginia; his wife Margaret Regina Simpson (Paugh); and his siblings, Gerald, Mary Moorehead, Betty Snyder and Faye Betson.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Kesner (Robert) of Telford, TN, Connie Simpson of Keyser and Rocky "Jake" Simpson of Keyser; his siblings, Richard of Keyser, Ralph of Keyser, Wilbur Simpson of Keyser, Mildred Ritchie of Keyser, Martha Rayner of Keyser, Carolyn Ritchie of Keyser, Marion Moorehead of Keyser, Thelma Moorehead of Keyser, Angela Benson of Keyser and Elma Myers of York, PA.; his granddaughters, Kaytlin Cole of Westernport, MD and Colleen Cloyd of Limestone, TN; his great grandchildren, Thomas, Jack, Shyanne, Aden, Makayla, Olivia and Emma; and his friends, Sophie Bowers and Zoey Huffman.
