He was predeceased by: his wife Ashley Jean Garlitz (Harr); and his grandparents, Rev. James C., Edna Grace Williamson, Rev. Lloyd Charles and Dorothy Elizabeth Garlitz.
He is survived by: his parents, Timothy F. Garlitz and Rheta Darlene Garlitz (Williamson) of Keyser; his children, Chasity Dawn Mostoller (Logan) and Jeremy Scott Garlitz, II of Keyser; his brother James Adam Garlitz of Los Angeles, CA; his daughter Brittany of Martinsburg, WV; his son-in-law Gerard Mengang (Joelle); his grandchildren, Joshua and Gayle of Lake Wylie, SC; his sister JoLia Nicole Zimmerman (Roger); his nephew Josiah; his niece Ella Grace of Keyser; his brother-in-law Joel Harr (Karen); and his nieces and nephews, Brayden, Evelyn and Jackson.
